BEFORE
For years, my weight controlled how I felt about myself. I’d skip meals, then binge late at night. Every January, I bought a new gym membership, and by March, I had stopped going. I hated mirrors, and I felt trapped in a body that didn’t feel like mine.
Carrying extra weight that made every move a struggle—panting up stairs, dodging photos, and relying on quick fixes like drive-thrus that only made it worse. My body ached, my confidence tanked, and I felt like I was letting life pass me by. No more excuses; it was time to fight back.
AFTER
I finally stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on small, consistent habits: daily walks, eating real food, lifting weights a couple of times a week. A year later, I’ve lost 40 pounds—but the real win is energy and strength I never thought I’d have. I love moving my body now. My reflection doesn’t make me shrink away anymore; it makes me proud. Now I’m crushing hikes, fitting into dream clothes, and radiating energy. If I can do it, so can you—your fit self is waiting!
