When One Door Closed, AI Opened Another

BEFORE

I was laid off from my customer service job when the company started using AI chatbots. I felt defeated and outdated.

AFTER

Instead of fighting AI, I learned to work with it. I took a free online course in prompt engineering, practiced daily, and now I freelance creating AI-powered solutions for nonprofits and small businesses. I didn’t get replaced by AI — I repurposed myself with it.
